Who Is Brian Spiller?

 

Welcome to the World of Brian Spiller

 

Hi, my name is Brian Spiller and welcome to my online world! While the internet is not my entire life, it is most definitely one of my passions. Believe it or not, I am just a regular guy with a normal life and big dreams. I have a beautiful partner, Sandy, and we live together in Wimbledon, London. We also share an office not far from home. After all, it is always nice to get out of the home from time to time.

 

Before we get started, let me say this: the following information is not right for everyone. Some people are cut out for an online business and working for themselves. Others don’t have as much ambition, and would rather follow a more conservative career path – and there is nothing wrong with that.

 

If you belong to one of these three groups you will probably benefit most from what you are about to read:

 

1. You are new to internet marketing or are just getting started. At this point, you probably have a lot of questions in your mind and are wondering how you are ever going to earn a full-time income.

 

2. You have had success in the past, but have yet to settle in on the one project that takes your career to the next level. A lot of people just need some direction in order for their career and income to take off.

 

3. You are tired of the day to day grind, even though you have had great success. Sometimes it is about more than the money!

 

You still following me? If so, let’s talk more about me and where I came from.

 

 

 

 

I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and was interested in business, more particularly marketing, from a very early age. Upon finishing school I went straight into the business marketing industry. Early in my career I worked for a top flight telecommunications company, Vodacom. After starting out as a sales consultant I eventually began to climb the corporate ladder. Five years later I found myself in the position of corporate sales manage – not bad!

 

After a while in this position a head hunter found me and offered a position as a National Sales Manager. As this was a move up in the corporate world I jumped at the opportunity. Soon enough I was managing a large corporate team throughout many parts of South Africa. In my position with Body Glove, a provider of surf wear, sunglasses, and clothing, I was challenged from day one. But just like all of my past positions I eventually got bored and was looking to move on.

 

This led me to my next position with a mobile phone and IT importer/exporter in London, England. Sure, this was out of my comfort zone but by this time, January 2006, I was ready for a big change. By working as an electronics and telecommunications trader I was earning a substantial amount of money. Unfortunately, just as I was settling in the company was sold and moved to Spain – there went my job and all my earnings.

 

At this point I began to think about branching out on my own and starting a home based business. This way I could control my own destiny, while knowing for sure that I would never again lose my position because of something that was out of my control.

 

Finally in June 2008 I decided that a home based business was going to be my next venture. I said goodbye to the long hours, insecurity, and overall bad feeling that went along with being part of the rat race.

 

This is when I truly discovered the power of the Internet. I now have the option to work how I want, When I want and gain more success then I had even hoped when I begun my journey. The problem is where do I start? This was the exact question I asked myslef. It's an absolute jungle out there, a jungle I would still have been lost in if it wasn't for the help and guidence of a mentor. Someone that had been there, made the mistakes and was now a success to take me to their level. Now it is my turn to offer the same opportunities to others.

                                                                         Leverage!

One of the most powerful concepts I learned from the top mentors I have worked with is to create financial freedom in my life I was going to require leverage .

Truly understanding this concept is what separates the poor and the middle class from the wealthy.

The poor will learn how to use enough leverage just to get by. The middle class will wait until they can look at their life and say “Gee, I think I’m comfortable” and then stop adding leverage to their lives. 

But the wealthy will keep adding more and more leverage throughout their lives to get create more and more wealth. Wealthy people understand that creating wealth involves leveraging their time and money.

And that’s why they have a lot of poor and middle class working for them.

But what is leverage, really?

Well, my Thesaurus says it's: influence, power, force, control, pull, weight. Simply put, leverage is doing more and more with less and less.

Less of what? Less time, less effort, less energy, less worry, less investment.

More of what? More income, more results, more value, more free time.

If you're currently trading your TIME for MONEY, you can only exchange about 14-15 hours a day and only earn so much (and you're literally selling your life). But if you can LEVERAGE time and have “systems” set up that run on their own, there's virtually no limit to how much you can earn.

So... the true secret to living an abundant life is not to get a great job, but to learn how to leverage your life. This has obviously been made more and more possible by having the internet at our finger tips...

Now there are certain forms of leverage that most people have absolutely no clue about. These are only used by a very small majority of every society who use it to live a life of abundance. 

The funny thing is, the ones that don’t know about this kind of leverage are taught to believe that these things are “too risky”! Ironically, that's exactly why they never become wealthy themselves.

How do you leverage Time?

Well, one of the most popular ways is to become a business owner - this is someone who leverages his time by having people work for him, and/or owns a network marketing business where they earn a percentage from other people's efforts (their downline).

The other way is to be an Investor - someone who uses money as leverage.

How do you leverage Money?

You let other people's money work for you.

* Your bank makes money with your money
* Your insurance company makes money with your money
* Your mortgage company makes money with your money

          

 



 

Sure, I love work. But that does not mean that I don’t do anything else with my life. There are a lot of hobbies that I share with my partner, Sandy. Personally, I love spending my free time with my cars and off road bikes. Sandy, on the other hand likes to shop – for shoes in particular.

 

We are both into health and fitness, and spend a lot of time at the local gym. While Sandy is taking kick boxing and ballet classes I am working out on free weights and hitting the heavy bag in the boxing ring.

 

For all those football fans out there, I am a huge Manchester United fan. When I have the time I am always on the lookout for an upcoming game.

 

Since I have started my home based business I have found more time to get away on the weekends. We take little breaks at local hot spots, while also seeing other parts of Europe when time allows. The freedom to get away is definitely one of the top benefits of being part of a home based business. In the last year or so we have had the time and money to visit France, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, and the United States just to name a few destinations.
